About the event
Dr. Brianna Parsons will be speaking on global food security and sustainability as well as her work with the Gambia Goat Project.
The Gambia Goat Dairy is the first commercial goat milking facility in The Gambia. The project prioritizes animal welfare and acts on community-defined need while working to solve one of the world's toughest problems. The main aim is to achieve food security through environmentally sustainable interventions.
